The Growth Audit
A fixed-scope, two-week review of your marketing measurement system so you can see what's working, what's unclear, and where to focus next.

A findings report you can act on

No jargon and no filler. Just what we found, what it means, and what to do about it.
Who the audit is for
A strong fit usually looks like
- You spend across two or more channels and can't confidently say which ones drive revenue
- You have a CRM or lead pipeline, but marketing and sales numbers never quite match
- You work with an agency and want an independent read on performance
- Leadership is asking questions your current reports can't answer
Probably not the right fit if
- You're pre-revenue or not yet investing in marketing
- You need someone to run ads, build a website, or produce creative
- You want daily hands-on execution rather than measurement and guidance

How It Works
Grant access
You get a short checklist covering GA4, ads, CRM, and call tracking. Your team grants viewer access in one pass.
We analyze
We review tracking, channels, funnel, CRM, and reporting over about two weeks. Async, with no standing meetings.
You get the roadmap
An executive findings report, a recorded walkthrough, and a prioritized plan for what to fix, fund, or stop.
The audit stands on its own
Every Growth Audit ends with a prioritized action plan your team can run with. Some clients take the findings and move forward with their own team or partners. Others ask us to stay on as their measurement partner to keep reporting useful and the roadmap moving.
Either path works. And if you do continue with ongoing support, your audit fee is credited toward the first month.
What to expect when you share access
Analytics work runs on trust. Here’s how we handle access and data.
Typically viewer or read-only access to GA4, Google Tag Manager, your ad platforms, your CRM, and any call tracking or reporting tools. We send a short checklist so your team can grant everything in one pass.
Yes. We’re glad to sign yours or provide ours before anything is shared.
Named accounts only, at the minimum permission level needed. No shared logins and no passwords over email. When the engagement ends, you remove access with a click, and we’ll remind you to do it.
We work with aggregated marketing and reporting data, not individual customer records. For healthcare and financial services clients, we define data boundaries up front and stay out of systems that hold protected information.
No. Messy data is normal, and understanding the mess is part of the work. Come as you are.
